I've been disappointed with the customer service at this Sprouts location on multiple occasions. One evening, close to closing time with an almost empty parking lot, a female employee actually chased me into the parking lot to tell me I shouldn't park in the pickup area spots. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. The self checkout experience isn't much better. The attendants seem more focused on watching customers than greeting them or thanking them for their business. To make matters worse, today I almost purchased canadian bacon that was over two weeks past its expiration date. Management needs to do a better job of improving the customer service given by its employees and ensuring products are fresh.

Every Saturday morning, I make a special trip to Sprouts on Pine Island Road for one reason: the Loaded Spicy Tuna Poke Roll from the sushi counter. The presentation, texture, and freshness are consistently outstanding, and it's clear that the sushi is prepared fresh daily. A special shoutout to May who prepares the sushi daily. Since she started working there, the quality and consistency have been exceptional. What began as a quick stop for sushi has become part of my weekly Saturday routine. I often find myself picking up fresh fruit, pasta, and other items while I'm there. If you're a sushi lover and haven't tried the Loaded Spicy Tuna Poke Roll yet, you're missing out. It's absolutely delicious and worth the trip. Highly recommended!

Had a great first experience at Sprouts Farmers Market. There are tons of healthy options to choose from, and the prices were actually really reasonable. I also liked that they carry a lot of their own store-brand items that are well priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. I signed up for their rewards program while I was there and got a free reusable bag, plus I clipped a digital coupon for a free frozen pizza. With how expensive groceries are right now, I’ll definitely take that!

Always nice to network with like minded individuals let alone helpful staff who go above and beyond. Giving credit when credit is due, a thankful shout out to employee, Dana, who was extremely helpful and supportive in finding items for me that suited my needs. We also were able to collaborate with each other on products we discuss together which in the end, helped me tremendously today. Sprouts 🌱 is a wonderful farmers market that I hope will consider opening a store in or in close proximity to the new town of “Babcock Ranch”, Florida which is growing exponentially well. I’ve lived there since 2023 and hope that Sprouts can be a welcomed addition to this community. Thank you for reading my post! This market deserves credit for a job well done by every staff member you encounter while there! 👏 Bravo
